Ivery white, smooth appearance, a natural yellow crust. After a curing period of at last 30 days it acquires a firm texture, melting and creamy. Lactic aroma with notes of almonds and nuts. Its exquisite flavour has hints of butter, vanilla and toasted tones. It is an exeptional cheese with medium persistence and a slightly spicy taste.
